Will Pregnenolone Lower TSH Levels?

Hi,

Was wondering if supplementing with Pregnenolone , less than 50mg a day hel lower my high TSH levels?

It may help by lowering stress hormones and promoting the metabolism but better off with tiny amounts of T3 throughout the day and a little T4 at night for lowering TSH.

Hmm, I was thinking in more of an indirect way. Peat says Pregnenolone helps with thyroid function --> thus lowering TSH?

Yes that is what I was saying by improving metabolism (=thyroid function btw).
