Did you know that the Ray Peat Forum Wiki database is backed up hourly, off site? Yes, yes it is! Rest assured any contributions to the Wiki are protected!

If your knowledge excels is something Peaty and you can add to the Wiki, please do. This will make it much easier for newcomers and also old timers as well.

The forum-wiki has a new page with abstracts of the studies Ray Peat references to in his articles and and quite a few free full text links.

At the moment there are two chapters: emodin and caffeine.

Voilà! :D - Click on the link in the wiki to be taken to the topic where it is discussed.

Other suggestions for the forum-wiki?

For the FAQ blood tests portion would probably be good to add in prolactin.

The thing I find with this forum is the best and most knowledgeable members are not around to answer questions much because they are in good health living life and move on from researching optimal functioning regularly/daily. So it's important that we flesh out the wiki and save people some suffering...All the information is available scattered throughout hundreds of forum posts but many people come to this forum in a stressed state with not much time, lot's of responsibilities, etc.

... many are brain-fogged, some need a little warm-up time to orient themselves in the forum ...

This is exactly why we have the wiki. Everyone is welcome to help it grow!
