I understand weight training will help build muscle that produce testosterone but sprinting you may get out of breathe losing c02.. It seems it would bring up the bad guys estrogen, prolactin, gh and possibly pth.

Its an explosive, short-term anabolic muscular stimulus that builds muscle and will improve overall fitness and body composition while limiting the dentrimental effects of sustained exercise(like treadmill running) on hormones and metabolism.

but doesn't sprinting increase growth hormone? Isn't that detrimental?

The positive adaptive response from sprinting, especially in terms of muscle gain far outweigh the small increases in cortisol and other "detrimental" hormones. All exercise will increase growth hormone and cortisol to some extent, this is not inheritantly a bad thing.
