Why Does Rice Flour Give Me Headaches?

Other things that give me headaches, nuts, nuts flour, vegetable oil, pork, bread.

Rice doesn't' give me headaches though. Neither do potatoes.

Rice flour makes me feel weird and gives me a headache though.

Maybe the brand you got, they are doing something weird to it during processing. Maybe try buying organic rice and making flour out of it yourself.
