Why Does Peat Say Beef Is Low PUFA? Studies Are Contrary. I Don't Get It

    One study had 29/25% for grass/grain fed. All others were 3-15% which is very good.

    Your analysis seems wrong on all claims.

    It's not an analysis. I'm just comparing to Ray saying it's just 4% and wondered why that was agreed upon. All except one were much higher than that.
    Just trying to understand the overall picture.

    Probably some study he has seen. It fits in the found 3-15% range (i would ignore the one study with relatively extreme numbers, probably error, or seriously abused animals).
