Recently I've had problems with constipation, which often occurs with a nasty hot feeling in the stomach, and a feeling of something gumming up my intestines. Since the weather is very hot lately, I tried drinking cold milk instead of hot milk. Within a few minutes, I had a great bowel movement.
I read that people often have the opposite reaction, that they are able to digest warm milk when they can't digest cold milk. Why would I experience constipation when I drink warm milk, when my digestion is good with cold milk?
