I see black people dancing and making dance moves constantly.

Sounds good but has some flaws. They have cannabis, iboga and probably many others that we don't know. Besides that, you don't need to dance, you can meditate, isolate, breath, and other techniques to get i to altered states of consciousness. No need to dance.

yeah I'm not 100% sure either. All those other techniques you mention are very lonely...dancing to the beat of the drum has more appeal and is probably faster to get you high as a group
