Why are magnesium pills so challenging to swallow?

It's not the dimensions or anything, but for some reason I just can't swallow them. wtf? Does this mean my body has enough magnesium? I have to like talk to myself first and relax before I can get it down.

Caps or pills? Pills have edges that create more friction and can get stuck. I have that happen sometimes with vit C pills. Try drinking some water and tilting your head back so the pill sinks towards the back of your throat before swallowing.
