Why am I getting cyst like bumps on my face (not acne)

I am extremely healthy...recently over the past 6wks have been taking arimadex and Georgi's estroban (low dose) to help with estrogen dominance. I have gotten these weird cyst like bumps in random places. I got two on each side of my nose where glasses would rest...I don't wear glasses. They are going down now and almost gone but were there randomnly for like a week. Then I now got one near the side of my ear. They are like a hard ball underneath. Not really a cyst and certainly not a zit. Not sure why? Is this because my estrogen is going away? Just curious?
