I'm interested in using a red light device when I'm indoors and also as a therapeutic substitute for sunlight during the winter months here in Europe.
I was thinking of setting up a red light device perhaps around 50 cm or so away from me on my desktop when in front of my PC at home for example. Does anyone else use this kind of set up and what are the benefits?
