Who Here Is Eating High (3.5-5k) Calories With Low Fat?

Specifically high carbs, moderate protein and lower fat. how do you do it? a huge percentage of my calories come from fats, and ideally I'd like to lower my fat intake to increase metabolism but that means I'd cut a large amount of calories

those who eat this much with low fat, what do you eat?

I don't know what you consider low fat but I guess 40g is on the low side. I usually eat low on the days I take supplements (Mon - Wed - Fri)... On other days I eat much closer to 4500/5000 with higher fat otherwise I start loosing weight.

I would say that is possibly the shitest diet I've ever seen recommended to someone. Congrats your medal is in the post

Haha. I run a low fat diet. I use mostly potatoes and rice for my carbs. I wouldn't get too caught up in where the carbs come from as long as you enjoy it and that they agree digestion wise.

Sure! When I eat higher calories, it's when I take Vitamin E (400UI - 2 or 3/week) because of the higher fat content. It usually goes like this...

Lower calorie day - Morning; Eggs, meat, some fruits, oj, coffee During the day; Mainly fruits, cheese, protein shake, coke, etc Dinner; Meat, shellfish + whatever Before bed; shake
Higher calorie day (Day I usually workout) - Almost all the same things minus the meat/shellfish and more fat & calcium like cheese and ice cream. I seriously don't know how someone could eat 4,5/5k calorie and being on the lower fat (40-60g) without gulping down on fruit juice all day.

Keep in mind I'm quite tall and I've "succeed" to get my pulse around 90 all day long so I guess it help a lot...
