White tonsils

My tonsil on one side is completely white. I’ve tried spraying it with salt water, gargled methylene blue, but it remains. I think it’s causing a lot of sinus pressure and even pressure on my eye on that side. I’ve noticed when I do spray it with salt water I feel a lot better.

Any ideas to causes and fixes?

could be tonsilitis or a very large tonsil stone. If the latter, try picking it out with a q-tip. You may gag, but you'll get some really nasty build-up out.

Tonsil stones is your body getting rid of mold or mold toxins (mycotoxins) personal theory.
