Little spot at the front of tongue, looks like a white head but doesn't seem to be pop-able. Very sore to the touch & have had it for like a week now, any ideas?

Did you ever figure out what the white spot on your was SwissFever? Sounds like what I have gotten back in the day from too many oranges or tomatoes.
