Sugar does it to me too. Very redRice is a grain. Either look for another variety/brand, or eat something else.

I understand that arachidonic acid is responsible for a lot of inflammation and that can be proved fhrough pathways, but what is sugars pathway to cause inflammation? there has to be at least one if not many.raypeatforum.com
