Which is the most suitable form of magnesium that does not cause diarrhea?

Some people don't have a problem with magnesium carbonate or magnesium glycinate. I think it's best to use the foods with high magnesium content (Well cooked greens, coffee and chocolate, milk and a little of the water that kale has boiled in).

Salt also helps the body to retain magnesium, and proper thyroid function and vit D is also very important for this.

Epsom salt and mag chloride baths also useful.
