What are some safe condiments, as in not estrogenic, non serotonergic, non histaminergic ones?
Things we can add to food?

I would include ginger as questionable, serotonergic to dopaminergic, there's claims from both sides.
Garlic, not sure if cooked has the same serotonergic effects, other and me have had serotonergic effects from raw garlic.

Turmeric seems estrogenic, yet lots of anti-inflammatory claims?
What about rosemary?

What are the good ones to add in raw or cooked with various foods?
Parsley?
Oregano leaves?
Mint leaves?
Pepper seeds?
Cinnamon?
Cardamom?
Nutmeg?
Orange Peel?
Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Lime juice freshly squeezed (people have claimed dermatitis possible on this)
Onions?

Usually, the biggest problem with spices is whether your body is sensitive or not to the phenols it contains. When doing bio-energetic testing, phenols come up a lot as being a source of irritation to people. Probably why Peat is leery about some of them. Without testing, you just have to experiment to see which spices your body likes, some will irritate the stomach and digestive tract.

Indian spices like cardamom, cinnamon and ginger are rarely irritating to the digestive tract and actually very beneficial
