I managed to find out Gouda has 76 micrograms per 100g and Brie has 56 micrograms per 100 grams. American processed cheese has almost nothing. Emmental (Swiss cheese) is my favourite but I did not managed to find any data on it?
Does some of you maybe know about any other cheese?

I dont know specific contents but just look for signs that the cheese has been fermented thorougly (the vitamin k2 comes from the bacteria)

-Holes in cheese indicate fermentation
-the harder and older the cheese, the more it has been fermented usually
-good parmesan takes around 2 years to produce

indeed, the longer the cheese ages the more k2 it generally has, I've read that gouda and parmesean are particularly high because of the strains of bacteria in them
