Whey. Ever Ok?

yeah it should, but not for me. Something is wrong and I can’t find out what it is.
My zinc and copper remains low even when I get lots of it.

i have chronically high bilirubin too and I don’t know if this is connected.
i dont know if blood levels of anything even mean anything? isnt that a modern medical concept, from what ive read from Ray many things can be fine but wont show in blood tests because theyre being utilized or stored or in the tissues and not the blood.

But why do I feel a difference in itching skin redness etc in hours from taking zinc and copper? It’s clearly connected

maybe it is helping something then. whats your diet like. those can both help utilize as well as deplete iron. have you tried manganese before

my iron was alright. Ferritin too.

i tried manganese for a few weeks. Didn’t really feel a difference from it.

diet is dairy, fruits , some cooked vegetables , rice , meat, potatoes, butter , coconut oil, olive oil, fruit juices
