Many people succeed but they don't become a narcissistic fanatic on social media or hang around this place long.

I think there are two kinds of people, ones who go extreme and fall off after a short time and one's who do it consistently and moderate for 5 years and heal themselves but because its a slow process, they don't go raving about it and taking before and after pics or becoming a guru, they get bored of the Internet and go off into the world.

I don't think anyone fully appreciates how damaged we are coming into this and how long and how much momentum it takes to push through and get to the place we want.

It's not a simple black and white fad diet, it's actually a complex thing to implement and then there is the philosophy and psychology to organise. Rays entire work is on his website, it doesn't leave a lot to talk about and just act.
