Where does all the PUFA go?

so on a low-no PUFA diet, with high carbs and low fat, I imagine I'm releasing a lot of stored PUFA right now after years of low carb oils nuts fish and seeds. Or at least I hope so! What symptoms, if any, should I expect? More importantly, where do all these realeased PUFAs go in the body??? How do they leave it?

I got a postcard from him a couple days ago.
He's out in the Sonoran desert,
living on cactus juice and soy logs.
Says it's pretty hot, but he doesn't mind it--nothing to trip on.
Says he'll be back on the forum before too long.
His girlfriends (I know one of the them) sent me a photo.

Hey, I meant to tell you at the time but I got side-tracked:
you really outdid yourself on one of your subliminal pboy signals a while back.
I can't really remember now,
but it was a long one that contained elements something like,
"pboylongwalkshappytimeschapeldowntheaislekids"
or something like that!
Where is that?!
I tried to search for it just now, but...I couldn't find it.

Anyhow: I gave up my end of the pboy subliminal signaling after that
because I didn't think I could ever top it.
