I dont think so. Have you read Ayn Rand? She is clear libertarian and conservative. Libertarian/ authoritarian and conservative/progressive are utterly different axes.
Only in today's world where people don't use the actual definitions of words anymore can libertarian and conservative be used to used to describe the same person.

Most conservatives these days are against drug legalization. You cannot be a libertarian and support any laws that criminalize drugs. This is just one of many philosophical differences that make it impossible for someone to be both conservative and libertarian at the same time.

Only in a wolrd of absolutes. In fact most people will have some views best measured on the conservative/ liberal axis and others best measured on the libertarian/authoritarian axis. All these models are imaginary anyhow so it really does not mean that much.

I don't think it is a matter of absolutes. I think it's a matter of not blurring definitions of political philosophies to the point were the names of the philosophies are close to being meaningless. But this seems to have happened in society already long before this threat was posted. My biggest pet peeve is calling democrats "libtards" after the Democrat party has completely rejected the philosophy of liberalism.

My goal here is to encourage people to go back to the fundamental meaning of the political philosophies and understand the ideas behind each of the philosophies.

That's an amazing idea because people are getting cognitive dissonance at this point. Myself included, like how can both parties hold clusters of beliefs that contradict themselves. It's wild

I would like to see Tulsi Gabbard run in 2024
Yes, I would vote for her.

She is the most principled person to run in 2020 in my opinion. She is a true liberal who embraces the values of liberalism. That is probably why they destroyed her campaign by calling her a "Russian asset" and changed the rules last minute to exclude her from the later debates.

How many democrats these days will you actually find speaking out in favor of free speech:
