When is the best time of the day to take vitamin A?

I've been taking 25,000 UI of retinyl acetate topically for a month or so. I tend to take it in the evening, before bed time, because it is the easiest time for me to remember.

Since vitamin A can lower cortisol and ACTH, would it be better to take it in the morning when those two are the highest? Or it doesn't really matter much since the vitamin A is stored in the liver and released as needed?

Thank you!

Since Vitamin A contains unsaturated fats, I wouldn't take it at night because it may mess with your blood sugar. It could disturb your sleep.
