I've been taking 25,000 UI of retinyl acetate topically for a month or so. I tend to take it in the evening, before bed time, because it is the easiest time for me to remember.
Since vitamin A can lower cortisol and ACTH, would it be better to take it in the morning when those two are the highest? Or it doesn't really matter much since the vitamin A is stored in the liver and released as needed?
Thank you!
