I guess my body is metabolically messed up because my hands go from hot to cold quickly and stay there but even after eating some meat my hands don't really get warm but eggs do it for me. Am I definitely hypothyroid and/or deficient in something the eggs have a lot of?

Only thing really high is B2 and choline. B2 can reduce noradrenaline which constricts blood flow to extremities but you would have to eat quite a bit to get a good amount of B2 to possibly do anything.

The choline is most likely the cause. Can raise acetylcholine which antagonizes the sympathetic nervous system and increases parasympathetic activity. When acetycholine is low sympathetic activity will rise.
