I’ve been told that the absolute maximum amount of protein synthesis that can occur in a week is around 500g or 2kg/4.5pound a month, assuming everything is completely optimised - training on point, AAS, genetics, high quality protein, plenty of carbs, plenty of sleep etc.

You might be able to push that a bit further with enough exogenous insulin if you want to go down that route.
