r.i.p. OP because he had liquid coconut oil (sarcastic if it wasn't obvious)

in all seriousness, coconut oil quickly becomes liquid because your body is hotter than ambient air, so you always ingest coconut oil as a liquid ultimately.

Consumerlab talks about liquid coconut oil as refined. On the graph they show , refined coconut oil has more mct and less lauric and other fatty acides

Yea OP isn't talking about melted coconut oil.

There are "fractionated coconut oil" products that stay liquid at low temps, where normal coconut oil would be solidified. I don't know why they don't just label these "MCT oil" to minimize the confusion.

The Nutiva liquid Coconut that I have been using for frying has 0g Pufa according to the bottle. 14g total fat, 14g Sat fat.
