Isn't it all refined sugar? Peat said that refined sugar should be a last resort if fruits aren't available IIRC.

Some cokes have sugar and some others have high-fructose corn syrup, there may be other differences. I'm shying away from sodas after reading that most of them use public water and so they have microplastics.

For me it's MAJOR anti-inflammatory I guess from the coca extract and the alcohol - makes me feel ever so slightly tipsy, but I'm also lightweight. Probably the best thing I ever did for my hair, digestion, and conversation - I enjoy it a lot more than coffee or red bull, but depends on the occasion too I suppose
