whats ray peats view on EMF? Anyone know about this EMF shield?

I came across this device called RayGuard/RayChip, which claims to protect against EMF.

Is it really that bad? I mean mobile phones, tablets, computers are EVERYWHERE now. I dont see a significant rise in cancer or something to reflect on this.

I noticed that I laugh more than I used to since moving my router out of my bedroom and putting it in the living room. Beforehand I'd watch comedy shows and not laugh at all even though I would acknowledge that a joke was funny. I know this is just anecdotal, but it was stark enough of a difference for me to mentally note -- I wasn't expecting this change.
