What's ONE Food That Makes You FEEL Great

I'm curious to know which food really makes a difference to how you feel.

This can be any of:
-Energy.
-Digestion.
-Mood.
-Hormone modulation.
etc.

A well roasted and well extracted espresso with warm milk (hard to find the good roasted ones). Instant warmth, calmness and hightened mood.

No one food stands out to me, though here are a few foods which make me feel great in differing ways:

Natural oysters make me feel sharp and alert.

Liver gives me strength.

Papaya makes me feel generous and enriched.

Salad for some reason. I usually have leaves, carrot, onion, meat, cheese, oilive oil/vinegar dressing.
Fruit makes me feel good too, but not fruit juice. An apple does the job.

mixed berries - no other fruit or food produces such a positive effect. This is always my first meal every day.

feta cheese, esp from sheep or goat's milk; too even though I don't feel 100% on regular dairy

Taking it that you don't supplement with zinc?

And Liver is incredible, I love it too.

Papaya, hmmm interesting, it is a great digestive supporting agent.
