I have been using the LGS1 on my testes and thyroid for couple years, works great, just start slow, 30 sec then slowly add more time, i use 3-5 min on the testes, it has really increased my testosterone levels, the trick is use the light on your testes first while it is still cool, after 5-6 min it starts to heat up, then its nice to use the warm light on your belly and liver areas.
