Good morning, I have fibromyalgia, irritable bowel and intrusive thoughts that my doctor thinks is schizophrenia, I've tried several antipsychotics and it didn't work, I'm about to give up on the doctors
Sometimes I have so much pain that it's impossible to walk, the same for the intestines, everything I eat hurts me, I've tried elimination diets, but it doesn't work.
I found that only dimenhydrate greatly helps my body aches, my mind is happy and at peace.
I have been using a high dose of between 500-700mg, and a dosage that for some people causes hallucinations but for my intrusive thoughts they are eliminated.
Does anyone know another alternative to dimenhydrate.?
