What's Going To Happen To Me When I Tell My New Doctor I Never Got Vaccinated?

My doctors have retired, so I'm shopping around for a new one. I was very sick for 3 weeks 18 months ago when Covid was new but got over it, and then again 6 months ago - this time couldn't smell anything. Both times had to be Covid but I've no proof. No place will give me a blood test unless I'm hooked up with a general M.D. I've "no proof" of anti-bodies in me.
I'm not against vaccines - I don't believe my body could handle them because of certain health problems that I've had, one being thyroid levels.
Whom could I trust at this point?

To be honest, I think we need to become our own doctors and not trust tests. I think Dr. Peat has correctly understood and hasn’t been to a doctor or a test in like how many years? Anyone know the number? I remember it being over 40 years.

Of course this requires intense research and learning, better time spent than searching for a new doctor imo.

Look up their political donations. Any lefty donations, run. Unfortunately, conservative donations aren't a complete panacea, but your odds will be better. Even better than that, look up docs that are friendly to the (real) anti-vaxxers - those that never vaccinate their kids for anything. A doc that will deal with those guys is going to be a better critical thinker.

+1 American Front Line Doctors might be a good starting point to find a good doctor in your area.

Really? Are we seriously running with this left vs. right scenario?

Who do you think is going to insist you get vaccinated, the liberal female doc who specializes in transgender youth, or the male conservative doc who does mission trips to Africa? There is a reason there is a left-right divide. You best figure it out.

I really appreciate this info on AFLD's - 'might've heard of them sometime before, but now's the first time I visited the website, and it sounds like my kind of organization. I will start my search for a Doc through them.

you know trump heavily pushed the mrna vaccine, and is the one who pointed the former head of moderna to the lead operation warp speed, who then went on to give billions of tax payer money to moderna to develop a vaccine? you know RFK Jr is a democrat? you know by all standards peat would be considered a leftist? he's even pro stalin, pro marx, yet youre on a forum named after him

In the UK a right wing conservative government has just voted to mandate an experimental gene modulating therapy for all care workers. Said therapy is still in clinical trials with known adverse effects and no long term safety studies. The morning after the vote the opposition, you could call them the left, said absolutely nothing about the vote. Everyone was silent. This is bigger than left vs right.

I don’t think Ray Peat is pro this or pro that. I believe he is pro using your head, learn, research, investigate and then form your own opinion. He doesn’t speak slogans and general statements. He has enough reasoning capacity to speak formed opinions based on facts.

But the original OP was about the micro- finding a doctor who wouldn't be crazy for the shot. A conservative, and one still with the balls to openly donate to conservative causes, is going to be more likely to still be able to think outside the box at least a little bit.

I just moved to a new area and found a new doctor, i was concerned she would push the jab on me but all she did was ask me if i had any questions about it. she didn’t seem to have any agenda one way or the other as far as me getting it which was refreshing.

I was speaking with an old friend the other day. He said a couple of years ago his mom went to the doctor and after some testing, the doctor told her she had a year to live. The entire family went through a year of anguish and sadness only to find out that the doctor made the wrong diagnosis. His mom is still alive today....I take that as a lesson. Unless you are bleeding out from a gunshot wound or something serious, you are better off doctoring yourself.. JMO of course.

Anecdotally I had a friend who I disowned about 10 years ago. He became a doctor and eventually climbed the ranks to be a specialist/consultant. He freely admitted after a few drinks he got off on the power trip of holding people's lives in his hands and in essence literally deciding who lived or died. I think there are many more than we would like to admit that have a similar god complex in those professions.

That's correct, don't think we can force Ray into any specific political box. He is way too open minded for that and his leanings will span the divide and have right or left characteristics depending on the topic. He sees to be a true truthseeker, and is loyal based on his many comments only to the facts, not political leanings or party. He routinely criticizes or supports both sides depending on the issue being discussed.

The doctor will give you twenty lashes with a wet noodle while yelling “vaccines are good, vaccines are good!”

It's not so much a "Left vs. Right" scenario so much as an Anti-Left scenario.

Which makes sense. Considering the basic premise of the left is that Government is supreme. Doesn't mean all "conservatives" are good, but at least you have better odds.

Truthfully, your best bet is a doctor that believes in the individual and freedom. I don't know how many Anarcho-Capitalist doctors are out there, but they likely take some effort to find. A good start would be finding one that only works with patients via private contract, and rejects all insurance, be it from governments or corporations.
