What's causing my sweaty feet?

My fatigue an sleep issues started popping up about 3 years ago.

About 2 years ago I started to notice that my feet are often sweating and then when they get cold like they often do they don't dry out which leads to athletes foot for me.

I have to wear leather steal toed boots for work so that's certainly not helping matters.

But I'm 38 yrs old and this only started for me a couple of yrs ago.

Any thoughts on what's contributing to this?

Generally my body temp is below normal so that makes it even more perplexing to me.

Thanks for you insight

Interesting, I thought adrenaline was the cause of the cold feet but didn't realize could be causing the sweat.

Increasing caffeine, causing a stress reaction in me, will give me cold sweaty feet, so yep I think its adrenaline. Hate that feeling!

Thanks for the confirmation.

Today seems odd as I haven't had cold feet yet, which I usually do by this time of the day due to the adrenaline.
