Cascara or activated charcoal. And AC is a pretty conventional emergency item (used against life threatening poisons in emergency rooms).

Coconut oil. Provides ketones that the brain can use as emergency when it can't use/convert neither glucose nor fat.

I think that's pretty much it for emergencies. I'd put cyproheptadine but only for some specific scenarios (exposure to radiation).

Tara very cool list, it would be cool if you had an explanation what each item can be used for and in what scenario, if you have time ofcourse.

Yeah, a list of instructions would be good to ave in the cabinet, too. I can't always remember what to use for what. For instance, I'm pretty sure

are useful against bee and wasp and jellyfish stings, but right now I can't remember which is which, so I'd best look it up again.

Mouthwash for mouth injuries. Irrigating nose clogged from colds.

For dressing wounds that could be in danger of infection. Emergency rescue for severe hypoglycemia. Honey can be put on tongue even if omeone is fainting from hunger.

Aspirin and caffeine or coffee: pain relief

For allergic reactions, eg hayfever, excessive swelling from bee stings.
Against sunburn

For treatment of strains, sprains, minor burns (not where there is much blood loss - brings additional circulation and oxygen to enclosed area.)

IIRC, welling roond joints, possibly varicose veins.

Poisoning by food, toxins, maybe some kinds of drug overdose. Diarrhea caused by overgrowth of pathogenic microbes.

Panic attacks involving hyperventilation. (Not after blows to the head.)

I'm sure there are more uses - these are the ones I can remember now.
