What Would Happen If High Vitamin D, Low Calcium?

As the title says.. what would happen if one had relatively high vit D levels but low calcium consumption? Would they still get hypercalcemia symptoms? Could the high vit D cause other fat solubles to be too low? Etc. Thanks.

I asked peat this question a few months ago. His reply, paraphrased, was that both work to lower parathyroid hormone (and didnt give a conclusive answer, which didnt deactive my internal guidance system..). My thought would be that a person with below-average calcium intake, should have above-average vitamin D exposure
