I've seldomly gotten acne in the entirety of my life yet I woke up with 2 blisters on my face this morning.

Things I've changed lately are more coffee with a couple tsp of sugar since I ran out of honey. I've also been a bit deficient in sleep lately so i assume it's the biggest factor in my newly occuring acne.

Now to my potential vit deficiencies. According to cronometer, my short comings are:

B1: 0.9/1.2
Folate: 228.3/400
Vit E: 1.5/15

Magnesium: 285/400
Manganese: 1.4/2.2

And my average macros are:
Carbs: 192g
Sugar: 119g

Protein: 130g

Caffeine: 90mg

And on average I consume 2.8g of PUFAs so they most likely aren't the culprit.

I have read that zinc and pantothenic acid can both be helpful. I have weak digestion and get pimples from eating too much fat and from even the tiniest taste of peanut butter (which I know we shouldn't eat anyway)

not sure why you think vitamin deficiencies lead to acne but mostly this comes hormone imbalance (high prolactin/estrogen/serotonin etc)

I think it could be for many causes. For mi vitamin A is working (ive tried a lot of things before). And now im less hornynaswell, so maybe vit A is lowering estrogen too.
