I've never played around with MB and will probably purchase Haidut's oxidal.
I've read various things, such as avoiding milk produts and even vitamin C when consuming MB. What is the general consensus?
I probably wouldn't go over 1-2 drops initially, which would only be 400-800 mcg I believe. I want to try it for it's anti fungal properties and to improve my digestion.
I've searched around and different people say different things, such as only avoiding milk products when dose is 1mg+, etc.
