What Type Of Caramel They Use In Coke?

It seems to be very potent! Anybody knows the process they use to produce it and how much they use in coke?

It likely depends on where you live. In the U.S and many other countries I'd imagine it's E150d.

Uh thanks, so it needs some additives like sulfite ammonia to reach that strength, you cant make it by simply caramelizing plain sugar.

Yes i have caramelized sugar before, but as he also mentioned in the video its not as strong as industrial stuff...
