Hey all, does anyone know? I am interested, especially if it is one that has fluoride in it. Fluoride is known to be thyroid suppressive.

my hostilc dentist at the time said the studies with baking soda being too abrasive were flawed. baking soda with water what he used.

I used baking soda for a while but my teeth started to hurt - i found it too abrasive. activated charcoal is supposed to help whiten teeth but i read that it is somewhat abrasive too, so i only use it occasionally.

would brushing with vinguar be worth while? or a problem?

Vinegar is acidic, i don't think it would be good for teeth - i think i heard that acids soften the enamel, so after drinking something acidic you should not brush the teeth immediately while they are soft.
