What Thyroid Supplement Should I Take?

My current Labs are...
TSH= 1.89 mIU
T4 is 1.0 ng/dL
estradiol=51 pg/mL
progesterone=0.5ng/mL

I've been looking at haidut's Tyromix...
I have heavy, painful cycles and a history of heart issues. both have been somewhat relieved with a better diet and lots of progesterone.

According to my labs/symptoms, should I take T3 or a combination of T3/T4..? Thanks!

Sorry for bringing up this old post but did you ever shrink your fibroids using Progest-E?
