A thread for people to post experiences with various T4:T3 thyroid ratios.
I've taken cynoplus (4:1, 120:30) for over a year without much of an impact on temps, but now that I added cynomel and reduced my cynoplus, I'm seeing increases in temperature. My waking temp is now 97.0F (used to be 96.7), and I'm reaching 98.6F some afternoons.
My current T4:T3 ratio is 2:1, or 60:30mcg. This is just over 1.5 grains, I believe. It's been about one week on this dose, and I plan to increase by 1/2 grain next week, assuming my temps stay below Dr. Barnes' range.
If possible, please share:
-What ratio of t4:t3 works best for you
-What products you use (cynoplus, NDT, tyromix, etc.)
-What other doses you've tried (if any)
-How long you've been taking thyroid
