After years reading about them, here are some of my unscientific thoughts:
Resveratrol - total garbage, always made me sleepy after taking it.
Articles - Don’t Be Conned By The Resveratrol Scam
Astaxanthin - made me stink, the capsules stink and it may not even absorb if eaten without fat. also potently reduces dht
fish oils including rat fish oil - just a scam. we all know why
goji berries - just a nothing food. most of them on the market are inedible.
raw chocolate beans - cooked chocolate simply tastes better. may be inedible in raw form
finasteride - dht doesn't cause hair loss so what's the point of this ?
spirulina/chlorella - not foods. inedible. dangerously high in iron.
chia seeds - literally inedible. even raw vegans have given up using them.
DIM/I3C - literally destroys every hormone in the body, good and bad.
quinoa - white rice has about equal nutrition and is more digestible.
raw kale, avocado and salmon - very fashionable and trendy to eat these 3 foods. maybe you could boil the kale into broth, avoid the other 2.
almond butter - doesn't even taste nice. no redeeming qualities.
