What stack needed to clear very persistant and long lasting viral/bacterial/fungal infection (CFS)

So it seems CFS is almost always caused by some underlying viral/fungal/mold/bacterial infection. To clear it, I know at least the following are needed:
Vitamins ADEK
Sunlight + B2 (and of course all the B's)
Vitamin C
Iodine
Boron
Selenium, copper, zinc, calcium
Glycine, lysine (does extra lysine help if the lysine/arginine ratio is already positive?)
Salr

Does this include everything the immune system needs to be able to kill any pathogens also in the CNS/brain?

I know things like aspirin, methylene blue, coconut oil have additional anti-viral properties. Is it possible that you might need some anti-viral drug besides all those mentioned?

Not sure about viruses, but I’ve noticed they’re great for cleaning out endotoxin producing bacteria if I’m bloated the next day after a starchy meal.
