I’ve been using Geo Organics Atlantic Sea Salt, contains 1% magnesium

I like Morton’s but it is so expensive. Here in the UK the best options from a supermarket seem to be sea salt or Himalayan. But those have negative aspects if you consume a substantial amount each day. Rock salt can be bought too from some stores, but I don’t know much about it.

What about white rock/halite salt? Says it's from Pakistan. Is that bad?
