Ok, it seems I am now able to fix my day time temperature. I can now hit 37.2 degree Celcius when I used to struggle being able to achieve that. I still feel no different though... and my wake time temperature still sucks.
My question is, is the temp suppose to stay around 37 degree Celcius until you sleep? Does a sleep time temp matters??
