I don’t believe there is one. Consistency is the most important thing - eating at similar times of day with your biggest meal always at an approx particular time.

This goes back to Hippocrates; our bodies work on circadian rhythm but also routine.

The biggest meal of the day with the most protein, eaten either pre-lifting sesh or post-lifting sesh.
