For testosterone, lower SHBG and estrogen. I've heard mixed opinions, some say it raises estrogen.

I did try a bottle of Boron liquid as Boron Citrate from Liqui Mins. I would say about 6MG a day on average until I finished the bottle. It did feel like Vitamin D to me, with better muscle tone, and deeper voice. I may try it again along with some other stuff.
