I wish people here would use acronyms explaining what it means first, like:

LDN (low dose naltrexone)

Why assume everyone else is like you in knowing what the acronym means?

Yeah I think you maybe have to power through the first days of bad sleep... at least that's what a lot of people report. I will try LDN soon for CFS.
