24 oz dark roast french press coffee w/ 4 tbsp sugar, followed by a
glass of orange juice,
8-12 oz skim yogurt with 1/2 cup granola,
2 hardboiled eggs

My current winner is goat milk with corn flakes, and honey/maple syrup, some oj, maybe a piece of fruit, everything followed by coffee

Lazyman's breakfast:
  • Water and aspirin
  • Milk, sugar 2 tsp, ginger pwdr
  • Coffee double / tripple strength, milk pwdr eq. 2 cups milk, sugar 4 tsp.

Right after waking:
1 tblsp maple syrup
0.2 litre organic grape juice with 10 grams bcaa, 5 grams glycine, 4 grams taurine, 3 grams phenylalanine


30 minutes later:
0.5 litre room temprerature OJ
2 salted organic hard boiled eggs (used to eat the shells too but i dont anymore)


Just before leaving for work:
30 - 40 grams of organic ingredient-free whey protein blended with a a glass of warm milk and 1 tblsp of real non-industrial honey

I generally don’t eat breakfast. If I have to, it would be something high carb with minimal protein/fat. Like some dry cereal or a banana.

Food:
1 large egg fried in butter
16 ounces OJ
salt (up to 1/4 tsp)

Sups:
200mg caffeine
500mg Niacinamide
350mg Aspirin

I didn't realise peating involved mostly liquid breakfasts lol. I have white rice with eggs + sambal or pounded cassava and whatever greens/tomato stew is available.

Oxtail both immediately upon waking

When i get to work usully 16oz OJ gelled with 27g protein via gelatin

Then some coffee with my liver bite and cheese and finally usually a redbull by 1030

Im trying to take it easy digestion wise in the morning. But i notice a stark difference if i cant get my protein in with carbs, both temp and presence wise

2-3 fried pastured eggs with runny yolks, a 3-4 inch chunk of quality cheese, 2 or 3 fresh squeezed oranges, and coffee.
