I'm interested in trying Magnesium for anxiety, so I requested a CoA (Certificate of Analysis) from PureBulk for their Magnesium Glycinate powder.

Looks like they're saying that the total amount of heavy metals is less than 3.55 ppm. Let's say the actual amount is at around 1 ppm. So if I were to take 1 gram of glycinate, if I'm calculating correctly, I'd be getting 1 microgram of heavy metals. Would this be acceptable?

I have no clue as to what amount of heavy metals, if any, is safe to consume. If you guys could help me out I'd appreciate it very much!

I believe these numbers are detection threshold used by that lab and could even mean absence of a HM contamination.
