While I'm drinking coffee or having a meal alone, I often find myself on my phone reading. Since I quit checking my facebook (or other social media things) constantly during this time, I've noticed an improvement in mood and I have less fear of missing out.
I find that the information that I consume is reflected in my mood and behaviour.
At some point, I've skimmed over all the posts on the front page of the forum, and I again feel an urge to check facebook.
What information do you guys "consume"? Especially things not entirely health or Peat related, but perhaps news or philosophy stuff? Certain sources that help in being happy, motivated and playful?
